1.交通隔离设施形式的选择须考虑强度、性能、经济性和美观性等综合因素确定 。

2.考虑到维修材料的贮备以及方便维修，应尽量减少交通隔离设施的种类。

3.交通隔离设施的设置应考虑其侧向净宽和端头净距，侧向净宽从隔离设施最外沿起算，其值为0.25~0.5m，端头净距从隔离设施端部最外沿起算，其值为2~4m。
